Delivery
Thank you so much for choosing to support my small business! Faedra Jewellery carefully packs and ships each order with love and care, and we’re so excited for you to receive your new jewellery.
Processing Times
As all of our items are handmade, please allow 2 – 5 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched. If you need something urgently, feel free to get in touch before ordering - we’ll always do our best to accommodate.
UK Shipping
UK Standard Delivery: £3 / FREE on all orders over £20 (Includes Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland & other UK Islands)
International Shipping
Delivery is charged in accordance with size and destination (see below as a guide). We ship jewellery items via Royal Mail’s International Tracked Service. Responsibility cannot be held for items that are delayed via customs entering the country.
Europe: £9.95 (2-10 working days from dispatch)
Rest of the world: £12.95 (5-14 working days from dispatch)
Please note: buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply.
Delivery Notes
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Faedra Jewellery cannot be responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect addresses.
Packaging
Your jewellery will arrive beautifully packaged and ready for gifting - whether it’s for yourself or someone special.

Returns

Earrings
Due to hygiene reasons, Faedra Jewellery does not accept returns or exchanges on earrings unless they are faulty or damaged. Please read item descriptions carefully before purchasing, and feel free to reach out with any questions prior to ordering.
Other Items
Returns or exchanges for other jewellery items (excluding earrings) may be accepted on a case-by-case basis if the item is:
Unworn
In its original packaging
Returned within 14 days of delivery
The customer is responsible for return postage costs. Faedra Jewellery recommends using a tracked service to ensure your return arrives safely, we cannot be held responsible for items that go missing in the return post.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Every effort is made to package your items so they arrive with you in pristine condition. However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at faedreajewellery@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can advise how best we can assist you.
