Orders
When you place an order on this website, it will be deemed that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you are unhappy with any part of these terms, please email faedrajewellery@gmail.com.
To process your order, Faedra Jewellery will need your name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery address, and payment details. A contact number is requested in case there are any issues with your order.
Please note, we may not be able to fulfil your order due to the following reasons:
The item is out of stock
Payment authorisation could not be obtained
An error in the product description or pricing has been identified
Delivery services are temporarily unavailable due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g. severe weather, transport issues)
If there is an issue with your order, Faedra Jewellery will contact you via phone or email. Please check all items upon receipt, as any faults or damages must be reported within seven working days of delivery.
We reserve the right to reject any purchase at any time. While we take all reasonable care to protect your order and payment details, we cannot be held liable for any loss incurred if a third party gains unauthorised access to information you provide while ordering through this website.
By placing an order, you agree to be added to our email list. If you do not wish to receive future emails, you can opt out using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email, or by contacting faedrajewellery@gmail.com.

Faedra Jewellery takes care to ensure that all product descriptions, prices, and details are accurate at the time of listing. While we strive to keep the site updated, there may be rare instances where information does not reflect real-time availability or pricing at the point of purchase. We do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of website content and cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions.
Due to differences in device screens and monitor settings, Faedra Jewellery cannot guarantee the exact colour representation of products online.
Promotions
Only one promotional offer may be used per order. Discount codes are not valid during sale periods or on already discounted clearance items. Promotions cannot be applied retrospectively or exchanged for cash. All offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn without notice.
